JuhaHämäläinen简介：东芬兰大学社会工作与社会教育法教授，社会政策专业哲学博士，并获得教育科学学位的职业资格认证。主要研究方向为儿童保护的历史及理论、儿童社会福利政策，并广泛涉及社会工作的历史、社会照顾和社会福利。他在社会教育法的概念及理论方面发表过诸多文献，注重从历史维度以及通过对社会福利与社会工作方法的比较研究探讨社会工作与社会政策的相互关系。此外，Hämäläinen教授在亲子关系、家庭以及青少年研究中有出色的研究成果。他已成功在社会照顾组织中开展了有关职业幸福感的研究与发展项目，并研究了福利服务系统中不同学科的维度。他曾在塔尔图大学（爱沙尼亚）任社会教育法教授（1999-2001），在库奥皮奥大学（芬兰）任社会工作（社会教育法）教授（1998-2003），并从2003年开始于奥斯特拉瓦大学（捷克）任社会科学终身教授。自2008年欧洲社会工作研究所成立以来，他担任董事会成员。同时，他于2000年开始一直担任《芬兰社会教育法期刊》的主编。自2010年东芬兰大学合并成立后，他一直担任社会科学系系主任。他于2006年被奥斯特拉瓦大学（捷克）誉为荣誉博士，在2010年被芬兰社会教育法协会聘为荣誉会员，并于2007年被芬兰共和国总统授予一等芬兰白玫瑰爵士勋章。
JuhaHämäläinen, Professor of Social Work, especially Social Pedagogy at theUniversityofEastern Finland, has PhD in SocialSciences with Social Policy as major and Licentiate Degree in EducationalSciences. His research has focused particularly on the history and theory ofchild protection and child welfare policy, and more generally on the history ofsocial work, social care and social welfare. He has published on the conceptand theory of social pedagogy and has examined the interconnections of socialwork and social policy, with a particular focus on historical aspects as wellas methodology of comparative research of social welfare and social work. Inaddition to this he has distinguished himself in parenthood-, family- and youthresearch. He has carried out R&D projects into occupational wellbeing inorganizations of social care and examined interdisciplinary dimensions in thesystem of welfare services. He has been nominated as Professor of SocialPedagogy at University of Tartu, Estonia from 1996 to 2001, Professor of SocialWork with emphasis of Social Pedagogy at University of Kuopio (since 2010University of Eastern Finland) from 1998 to 2003 and from 2003 permanently andProfessor in Social Studies at the University of Ostrava, Faculty of SocialStudies, Czech Republic from 2008. He has been a member of the Board of theEuropean Research Institute for Social Work since it was established in 2008,editor in-chief of the Finnish Journal of Social Pedagogy since 2000, and Headof the Department of Social Sciences atUniversityofEastern Finlandsince the new university was establishedin 2010. Before this he was Head of Department atUniversityofKuopioconstantly since 1998. He is honored as doctor honoris causa by theUniversityofOstravain 2006 and as honorary memberof the Finnish Society for Social Pedagogy in 2010. He is conferred byPresident of theRepublicofFinlandas First Class Order of Knighthood of theOrder of the White Rose inFinlandin 2007.
